Following the success of our trial session last term, ESS in collaboration with Access Parkour are pleased to offer this ongoing after school club on Friday afternoons for pupils in classes 3, 4 and 5.
The session will begin with mobility, joint warm-ups and pulse raising games, leading to a focus on core and foundational movement skills, such as balance, vaulting, or jumping. Drills and games are developed to engage the learners in practical use of these movements, and we work on adding them together to create routes and challenges that can be adapted for every individual.
The booked session includes 15 minutes of after-school club time for children to eat their lunch beforehand.
The class will be run by Matt Jones from Access Parkour
